This Privacy Policy explains how Castle Battle: Tower Defense ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Game.
1. Information We Collect
The Game does not require registration and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, microphone, camera, or other account information.
The Game may display third-party advertisements. Advertising partners, such as Google AdMob, may automatically collect or receive limited device and usage information needed to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and personalize advertising where permitted by law and your consent. This information can include device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, app interactions, diagnostic data, and advertising-related data.
2. Advertising
Ads in the Game are provided by third-party advertising networks. Their collection and use of data are governed by their own privacy policies. Google’s Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Where required by applicable law, the Game or its advertising provider may request consent before showing personalized advertising. You may be able to change privacy or ad-personalization choices through the consent options made available in the Game, your device settings, or your Google account settings.
3. Game Progress and Local Storage
Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts or a cloud save service for the Game unless this is explicitly added in a future version and disclosed in an updated Privacy Policy.
4. How Information Is Used
Information processed by advertising providers may be used to deliver ads, limit ad frequency, measure ad performance, detect fraud or abuse, and, where permitted, provide more relevant ads.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by advertising and technology providers solely as described in their own policies and as necessary to operate advertising services.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information directly, contact us so we can review the request.

We take reasonable steps to keep the Game functioning securely. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, advertising setup, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

By downloading, installing, or using Castle Battle: Tower Defense, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. License to Use the Game
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Gameplay and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Game at any time. Game progress, balance, levels, content, and availability may change in updates.
4. Advertising
The Game may include advertisements from third-party providers. You must not interfere with, manipulate, block through unauthorized means, or attempt to obtain rewards through fraudulent ad activity.
5. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its design, artwork, sounds, gameplay, text, and trademarks, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

- use cheats, bots, modified versions, or unauthorized tools;
- attempt to disrupt the Game or advertising services;
- use the Game for unlawful purposes;

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after publication of updated Terms means that you accept the updated version.
